Anti Dumping Duty

• Advise on the feasibility of Anti dumping duty proceedings
• Preparation and filing of applications with the Directorate General of Anti-Dumping (DGAD)
• Study the dumping trends and costing for proper representation of dumping margin before authorities for levy of duty.
• Assistance in preparation of Cost Reports to be filed with the application for Anti Dumping
• Assist in handling proceedings by the Investigation Officer and Costing Officer of DGAD
• Assist in representing the case in public hearings of DGAD
